Ryanairdontcare Campaign founder John Foley was in Liverpool Court today regarding an Interim ASBO which relates to Protests against Ryanair who are Europe's Greatest Exploiters of young people.
Merseyside's Chief Constable Jon Murphy applied on behalf of the Metropolitan Police for a banning order which effects Mr Foley's Human Rights to any Lawful protests or even a visit to his brother in London for 3 months...
What the Police asked for was a ban from entering London which covers the inner boundary of the M25.
This Ban plus 5 other restrictions will be for 3 months period......Before the hearing was finished John Foley walked out of court...
John said,
UK Police are doing their very best to take away my Lawful Right to protest against Ryanair who commercially abuse young people all over Europe for profit....Charging up to 3000 euro to train as cabin crew only to be Terminated in large numbers before any legal employment protection is in place.....Airport,Police and Government authorities turning a blond eye to this exploitation..........
I do not want to draw attention away from the main issues i have with Ryanair by targeting the Police Authorities but like i have said many times before, the Police are not Impartial to protests....
Press need to look at these issues above..My solicitor James Gore from Mark Jones & Partners solicitors ''making justice possible''.
