RYANAIR St JAMES MANAGEMENT CABIN CREW TRAINING SCAM.....CONTRACT

StJames Management Services Ltd at Dunmow Road Bishops Sortford with Ryanair are recruiting students for cabin crew training in the UK and all over Europe..This is called RECRUITMENT for TERMINATION which no other airline in Europe operates...
What this company is doing is using the Internet to get students to join their cabin crew training courses for a fee of up to 3000 euro then passing them on to a company called Crewlink or Workforce International to work on ryanair aircraft. They ,Stjames Management Services
say, live the high life....dinner in Paris...Your new career travelling the world starts here!...How can you do this when ryanair have a 25 minute turn around of aircraft. The main reason why they St James Management Services are making students think (great life to be cabin crew) is to get money off you for the training course.Once you pass the course you are given a contract ,not by ryanair but Crewlink or Workforce International .You are given a new joiner allowance which is taken back off you once you are terminated.
St James Management Services say you have a 3 year contract with Crewlink or Workforce International with 12 months on probation...

St James Management Services will say you can get a Ryanair contract after 12 months, well this is a lie.Over 60% of these probation cabin crew will get terminated before the 12th month..Your last month salary is taken for charges....
StJames Management Services are recruitment scamming students, knowing in time these students get terminated.Ryanair take the Cabin Crew training not StJames Management Services.
IT IS SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND.
How many students Ryanair  recruit from the Internet is how many students will get terminated.Training you to terminate you for training fee and your last month's salary.
We think in the past up to 300 a month could have been terminated by Ryanair.Ryanair aircraft flying without Ryanair paying Probationary Cabin Crew salary.
This recruitment company must be closed down for scamming our children.
YOU MUST INFORM ANYBODY WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE CABIN CREW TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
How do they sleep at night.

JOHN BEATTIE BBC RADIO SCOTLAND... 97% Of Scots Will Fly Ryanair Again...SCOTTISH YOUNG PEOPLE GETTING SCAMMED AS CABIN CREW AT RYANAIR..

Ryanair today posted an article on their website saying 97% Of Scots Will Fly Ryanair Again..What Ryanair failed to say is Recruitment of Scottish young people wishing to become cabin crew at Ryanair is at an all time low..
This year Ryanair have no plans of having any recruitment days in Scotland as a direct result of Ryanairdontcare's Campaign which is the only Campaign telling young students the truth about Recruitment for Termination which is in place at Ryanair..Charging up to 3000 euro to train Scottish young people to become Probationary Cabin Crew only to Terminate up to 60% before any legal employment protection are in place.

John Beattie BBC Radio Scotland had Ryanair's Caroline Green below, boasting about 97% Scottish customers confirming they will fly Ryanair again...

If the Scottish people new the true exploitation of young Scottish students, lives being wrecked by Ryanair for Profit i am sure many would boycott Ryanair...Let us not forget a few days ago we posted information regarding a training loan given to Ryanair by Scottish Enterprise to which Ryanairdontcare Campaign is looking into....See the post below,

As you can see from this post below from Ryanair's forum monitor malchiwka on cabincrew.com
Malchiwka is paid to Lie to new recruits about training and working as Probationary Cabin Crew at Ryanair..You will see malchiwka  said and then Ryanairdontcare Campaign's founder John said...

malchiwka said,
ContractsThere are 4 schools that provide same contract: Crewlink, St.James, Dalmac and Cavok.
The contract is for 3 years subject to 1 month probation period.

John said,
----------
As you can see from the Crewlink contract above, probation is for 12 months and ''NOT '' 1 month as stated by malchiwka and 4 schools Do Not provide contracts,Only 2 do Crewlink and Workforce International....Termination of your contract within 12 months is over a 60% rate..

malchiwka said,
Pay

A new contract can expect pay between 1,100 - 1,400 euro plus 1.200 new joiners payment in first 6 months.
                                 (1)

                                           (2)

John said,
----------
As you can see from a part of a wage slip (1)of a Probationary Ryanair Cabin Crew the monthly salary was 591 Euro...This was the salary paid and not between 1,100 - 1,400 as stated by malchiwka .
The 1.200 new joiners payment which is paid to Probationary cabin crew over a 6 month period Will be taken from your salary if  you are Terminated before the 6 month period..Termination is high 5th and 6 month of contracts...As you can see from part of my daughter's wage slip (2) month 1 AL 300 is the new joiners payment taken back from Ryanair/Crewlink once Terminated.......

Accommodation

Accommodation during training course can be either provided or not.
If you plan to do training course in Hahn then student accommodation is provided. If you plan to do training in Dublin, Rush host family accommodation provided.
In all other destinations you will have to find your own accommodation for duration of the training due to large number of courses being run schools are not able to provide accommodation to everyone.

Once you finish with your training course you will have to find your own accommodation in your base. Company/Schools as any other airline or company will not provide you with it as it is your own responsibility.

John said,
----------
We have been informed that Hahn accommodation is basic and no shops near by..It is in the middle of no-were (the very same as Airports ryanair fly to). Make sure you take plenty of money as it will be needed.
Ryanair/Crewlink give you nothing,not even a pen....
The host family accommodation in Rush,we have not had any complaints from students but Dalmac set up Workforce International with Ryanair... As said by  malchiwka  ''large number of courses being run''
The reason why Ryanair have a large number of training courses is simply to understand '''TERMINATION is over 60%....
Below comment is from a parent

''My son has just returned from Hahn, not having completed the 6 weeks training course. Besides all the 'wonderful 'comments posted above, may I advise prospective candidates to be prepared for sleepless nights having to study till the early hours of the morning,( as expected to know modules word by word ) to have no wi-fi at the accommodation except at the training centre, to take care when buying a German sim card as might prove impossible to activate, to have to walk/taxi to airport for an ATM and to take a 50 minute walk to a supermarket situated by the petrol station. Surely was not worth this sacrifice, to be treated badly financially once graduated. All the above posts are confirming my doubts, pity I did not read them before we paid the initial 1000 euros ''!

Roster pattern

Roster pattern is very easy. Normally it consists of 5 consecutive days working on early shift with following 2 days off and then 5 consecutive days on late shift following 3 days off.

Trip lenght

Your day may consist of 2, 4 or 6 flights a day which could last from 20 minutes flight time to 5 and half hours. This of course depends on the day, i.e. if you have a trip to Canary Islands from Stansted you would only do a return trip as it lasts over 5 hours. If you have combination of short flight which are under an hour each this could be up to 6.

malchiwka  said,
Leave

You will be guaranteed 20 days of leave per annum as well as if you want to have some more you could always apply for some unpaid leaves.

RYANAIR SCAM ALL OVER EUROPE.WRECKING YOUNG LIVES FOR PROFIT...WEEK OF ACTION MARCH 2012 BOYCOTT RYANAIR ''NOW''..AIROBERVER BLOG...GOVERNMENTS TURN A BLIND EYE FOR TOURIST LEVELS...

I’m petty sure I repeat myself but Spain is definitely all the rage right now for low-cost carriers (and infuriated civil society members). On that topic, a recent article in the Spanish press caught my attention. It seems that Preferente.com has uncovered a new, very nifty, little trick on Ryanair’s part while investigating the company’s contracts in the Canaries. What the newspaper found is quite puzzling and relates to how Ryanair advertises the amount of passenger it will bring to a destination.
To retake Preferente’s example. When Ryanair got in the Canaries, in its negotiation with airports and local authorities it advertised a net sum of 4,5 million additional tourists for the islands. Pretty tantalizing, no? And that’s only per year assured the airline. Even if the first thing it forgot to mention was that this number was only travellers, not tourists.
Now, according to members of the Canaries’ tourist industry, this number was more than optimistic. When Ryanair put forward 4,5 million passengers, it eschewed the fact that it totalized the number of passengers back and forth. Easy for the company, as it doesn’t sell round trips. But that doesn’t change the fact that people coming or going to and from the islands are bound to come back home at some point. This means that Ryanair is actually not accounting for the amount of round trips it delivers but only totalizes single trips, whatever their direction. This actually halves the amount of travellers, bringing it to 2,25 million passengers.
But another element that isn’t mentionned is the distinction between seats on a plane and seats occupied. Ryanair’s plane have 189 seats but rarely are all of them sold. Actually, most of the time Ryanair’s occupancy hovers round 80% of seats per plane. But of course, when it comes to estimating the amount of travellers carried, the company cuts to the simplest and simply multiplies the number of flights on a route by the number of seats in the plane. This means that any number given by Ryanair should be lowered by 20% to get a real estimate of the volume of travellers transported. That means 1,8 million passengers in our example.
Finally, if you take into account the fact that, of those 1,8 million travellers, not all of them are tourists and that, as Ryanair customers are prone to do, most of them will go to the cheapest lodging solution – meaning they will, when possible, find a room with a friend or through an exchange program – this translates into much much less business than advertised for hotels and other tourism professionals. According to Preferente’s sources, in the Canary this amount to between 70% and 80% of Ryanair’s passengers never taking a hotel room.
There’s a reason for everything : advertisement serving a strategy
Now, that’s quite a difference from what Ryanair advertises. This means number 4 to 5 times inferior to what the company uses to promote its routes. But the worst may very well be that those numbers are the building blocks of Ryanair’s strategy when it negotiates with airports. First because of its great “1000 tourists = 1 job creation” equation which it uses as a definitive argument for each and every route Ryanair has ever opened. Even worse, the company often appeals to this number whenever it gets into a row with an airport or a local authority, as is the case right now with Edinburgh airport.
Furthermore, this number is then used to negotiate subsidies - or, as some like to politely call them “marketing aids” – for every route creation. Ryanair advertises grossly inflated positives results so it can leverage more money from airports, even though the reality of job creations is sure to never match the purposefully miscalculated figures. Even worse, perhaps, is seeing Ryanair put the blame on elected officials for “destroying jobs” by cutting back on subsidies when in fact those officials are making the most sane and rational choice..
