RYANAIR NOT ONLY EXPLOIT CABIN CREW BUT HIDE UNDOCUMENTED CASH IN THE COCKPIT AND USE FLIGHT NETWORK TO DEPOSIT AT RYANAIR'S HQ...

Is this photo below looking like Ryanair's HQ.

With the Ryanair Cash In The Cockpit being exposed this week by a former Ryanair Pilot we must go back to the issue regarding the Charity on board scratch card sales which generates 10's of millions of Euro's for Ryanair and you can bet shareholders are not aware.
The story was broke in June 2015 by the Daily Mirror UK newspaper which was given by this blog Ryanairdontcare Campaign which is clearly mentioned in the article.

The truth being for many years now that Ryanair have used this charity on board scratch card to rake in millions of euro's a year by telling customers it is for charity and taking the cash all back to Dublin. The network used to fly passengers all over Europe is also a CASH IN THE COCKPIT NETWORK.
The real charity begins and ends at Ryanair.Look at the comments from Ryanair in both articles above and we will brake it down for you.

The two quotes below came from Ryanair.
Ryanair said: “Our scratch cards continue to generate very significant funds for charity.
"Over the past six years we have donated well over €1million to charity.”
Ryanair said:“We don’t disclose how many scratch cards are sold, as this is commercially sensitive. However, over the past five years Ryanair has donated over €2m to almost 50 charities across 12 different EU countries. These charities cover a wide range of hospitals, schools, child welfare and sports club fundraisings. Over the last 12 months alone more than €500,000 was donated to charitable causes.
“Over the last five years the €1m top prize has not (yet) been won, but over €1,500,000 has been won by Ryanair customers in free cars and cash prizes.
John said,
Let us say the above comment from Ryanair are in the last 5 year period.
Ryanair's customers have won €1,500,000 with either €1million or €2million going to over 50 charities from sales of this charity on board scratch card sales of over €60million.

A FORMER Ryanair pilot claims he lost his job after refusing to carry bags that may have posed a security threat on a flight to Dublin.
Mark Christensen says he is owed over six months pay after being constructively dismissed following the incident.
He was demoted from the position of captain to first officer after objecting to the "undocumented" cargo.
The pilot, who earned €10,157 a month, is seeking compensation at the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
But Ryanair denied he was dismissed and said he resigned from his position at the tribunal yesterday.
It claimed he was obstructive and uncooperative by refusing to carry the bags, which carried cash takings from passengers, and was a routine occurrence.
Describing the incident, Mr Christensen, who worked for the budget carrier for almost 17 years, said a member of cabin crew dropped the bags on the floor in the cockpit ahead of a flight from Manchester to Dublin in September 2014.
He said she told him they were cash bags, but he refused to carry them when he asked if there was any accompanying paperwork and she said no.
"The critical factor is that there is no safety risk to the aircraft," he said.
"I would assume every captain in every airline would have the same approach."
He said that approach was fundamental to airline safety and his top priority. He said it had become extremely important with recent terrorist attacks, including the discovery of a shoe bomber and the bombing of a Russian aircraft in Egypt.
He denied he was rude or unhelpful.
Mr Christensen said he felt Ryanair managers were "out to get me" during a subsequent investigation. He said there were "raised voices" at a meeting when he denied he did anything wrong.
He said he had no employment for over six months after leaving in October 2014.
Counsel for Ryanair, Ross Aylward, said Mr Christensen was previously a captain, but following a disciplinary procedure became a first officer.
He said he was never dismissed from his role but resigned on October 30 2014.
However, the case was one of constructive dismissal, he said.
He revealed that a captain's monthly pay is €10,157 gross and Mr Christensen was earning €6,778 a month as a first officer when moved down a grade.
He said he refused to carry the bags before checking for documentation, which had been available.
He also told the tribunal that carrying cash from its bases to Dublin or Stansted was standard practice, and that Mr Christensen has previously carried such bags and knew what was in them.
Assistant General Secretary of IMPACT, Michael Landers, said Mr Christensen was seeking six months and 10 days pay.
He said he wanted compensation for pay lost following his dismissal until he got a new job, based in China, on May 10 last year.
The case adjourned until March 8.

John said,
In the last few hours the Irish Times newspaper have covered a story which Ryanairdontcare posted in 2013 and 2015 regarding money carried in the cockpit by Ryanair pilots. This money is scammed through the Ryanair on board charity scratch card which generated 16.2 million euros in 2014.
I do believe the vast majority of this cash will go directly to Mr David Bonderman and Michael O'Leary with the Ryanair board getting a small amount in hush money.
Many scams are going on at Ryanair which generates milliins£. Look at the story in the Irish Times below.

Ryanair pilot refused to fly undocumented cash

Mark Christensen seeking compensation for constructive dismissal at employment tribunal.A Ryanair pilot who refused to carry bags of company cash on a flight from Manchester to Dublin has told the Employment Appeals Tribunal no documentation or security clearance had been provided when the money was brought aboard by ground crew in September 2014.

Mark Christensen who is seeking compensation for constructive dismissal told the tribunal it would have been against aviation regulations to carry bags without documentation, even when the bags had been brought aboard by Ryanair ground crew.
Mr Christensen told the tribunal he had been running through pre-flight checks in the cockpit at Manchester when a woman ground crew member placed a large bag on the cockpit floor behind him.
He said he asked if there was any documentation with the bag and the crew member had opened it revealing a number of smaller, sealed bags, before remarking, “no there is no paperwork”.
He said she said to him, “these are the bags to go to Dublin”; to which he replied, “if there is no paperwork can I see inside the smaller sealed bags”? But the ground crew member said this was not possible.
Mr Christensen said he overruled a suggestion from the first officer that the bags be taken in the hold of the plane. He said if a Civil Aviation Authority inspection had taken place his pilot’s licence would have been “on the line”.
Mr Christensen said he was subsequently faced with a disciplinary inquiry by Ryanair and was demoted to the position of first officer. The tribunal was told the demotion was initially to be for one year, but was later reduced to a period of six months.
He resigned on October 30th and subsequently took a case for unfair dismissal against the company. He is now employed with an airline in China in an advantageous position, the tribunal was told.
However counsel for Ryanair Ross Aylward told the tribunal the bags represented a routine delivery of cash from Ryanair bases across its network.
The money was from Ryanair cabin and ground sales and would be collected at airports from any one of its 69 bases across the network, and delivered to either of two counting houses, one in Dublin and one in Stansted.
Mr Aylward said carrying the money to Dublin or Stansted was standard company practice, the bags did carry documentation he said, and he told the tribunal Mr Christensen had carried such bags in the past and knew what was in them.

Company practice

Mr Aylward said what had happened in the transfer of the cash was something which “happened 69 times a day” every day. And in refusing to carry the bags Mr Christensen was breaching established company practice with which he was familiar. He said Ryanair did not accept there was no documentation accompanying the cash on the occasion. “There were documents in the bag,” he said.
In addition Mr Aylward said Mr Christensen had “ failed as a captain to come up with a solution in 20 minutes” that the plane was waiting to leave. He said the company’s internal disciplinary process had been activated, there had been two hearings and Mr Christensen had also been given the opportunity of withdrawing his resignation.
The company also disputed Mr Christensen’s salary level at the time of departure. Mr Aylward said Mr Christensen had filed a claim based on a captain’s salary of about €11,500 per month but the monthly gross for a captain was €10, 147.

Mr Aylward said it “may” also be the company’s position that as Mr Christensen subsequently moved to a more advantageous position, there was no consequent loss to the man in terms of income.
